Luxury rooms with large comfy bed.

Had brilliant 1 night in this hotel that's why I loved that. The staff were efficient and accommodating, as for 4-stars property. I had savoury food for breakfast with perfectly poached eggs. Its location was central, 500 metres from Art Gallery.

Charming floral displays throughout the hotel create a cute atmosphere.

More outdoor seating would enhance the overall experience .

Appalling staff attitude. Appalling service. Complete waste of time.

Really good service and cleanliness stood out . The food, especially the hand-cut beef tartare, was well presented and delicious. Noise from the front could be bothersome for those sensitive to sound, and the lack of on-site parking was a bit inconvenient. Despite these issues, the attentive staff was good.

The room was spacious with beautiful decor, yet the bathroom door was oddly narrow.

Despite some noise from the street at night, it was manageable and didn't affect the overall experience. The breakfast in the morning was particularly noteworthy, with traditional, homemade dishes. The shared spaces were occasionally too busy, and there was a slight wait for service during peak times.

Everything was wonderful at the county hotel. The room was super clean and the towels were heavenly! We had a tasty sunday roast and an excellent breakfast with plenty of options. The location is great, just a short walk from the town center.

I had a fantastic stay, where I could easily enjoy the picturesque Tyne Green Park, just over a 15-minute walk away, and the fascinating Hexham Old Gaol, only a few steps from the hotel, making it perfect for my weekend city excursions.

The room was spacious with a powerful shower and thoughtful amenities. Breakfast was freshly made and served with a smile. The convenient location near the town centre was a bonus.

This hotel suits me perfectly. It has free Wi-Fi, a lovely bar area, and comfortable rooms. On my first stay, staff helped me retrieve my forgotten headphones. Their kindness is lovely! I'll definitely come back for another trip.
